my education background

to answer some people's uncertainty (about myself) that constantly arise; specifically about my education background.

2012-2013: went to British-based high school at Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar, Mantin, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. background was pure science + business studies + arts.

2013-2014: began my foundation journey in Brighton, England, UK in Science & Pharmacy at Bellerbys College Brighton.

2014-2017: embarked on my bachelor degree journey at Liverpool John's Moores University, England, UK and received my degree in Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.

2017-2018: obtained my masters' degree from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and EAE Business School in Barcelona, Spain in Marketing & Sales as well as, Design Thinking.

so why did at first i sign up for pharmacy?

that's simply because all i wanted to do was to further learn and work in sciences field. i love science and everything about it, i mean i really do. there's no doubt about it. i saw myself only working as a specialist in medical firm or some sort of that. but as humans, we believe in what God has already written for us. we plan, Allah also plans and merely His plan is the best. as for my situation, i was barely able to survive my foundation year because like i've said, i've always loved science so much that i had forgotten other aspects that came with it, especially when doing Pharmacy.

Pharmacy, known as "the science and technique of preparing and dispensing drugs, a health profession that links health sciences with chemical sciences and aims to ensure the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical drugs."

sounds very beautiful isnt it? but, as beautiful as it sounds; Pharmacy also comes with pure Mathematics, modern Mathematics, old Mathematics, new Mathematics, current Mathematics, spoil Mathematics, bad Mathematics, sneaky Mathematics and everrrrrything negative which involved calculus and calculations.

i was devastated. to be honest, to even survive my foundation year seemed impossible during that time. i was in despair that i couldnt proceed with doing Pharmacy anymore. hence, i dropped Pharmacy. more like i dropped all kinds of Mathematics from my life. i literally shut all sorts of figures, numbers, calculations and everything that has to do with it out of my life and it was indeed the right thing to do and i have no regrets now. im so grateful for all the achievements that i've managed to strive so far. however, my love towards science is still undeniable and wouldn't mind if one day, i'll be given the opportunity to work in sciences field still.

i've shown my hatred towards Mathematics even when i was in primary school, (probably since kindergarten but couldn't remember). Mathematics, never ever fascinates me and i hate mathematics so much even one single addition and subtraction can stop my pulse. there's no need for me to mention algorithyms (how do you spell it? *rolls eyes*), algebra or zebra or a giraffe whatever.

and once again, we come back to everything that i've mentioned earlier; God's plan is the best. He bestowed me with an Engineer husband. i hate Mathematics very very very much, but my partner loves it sooooo much. and of course, he's not keen with science haha. so there goes. we complete each other. surely, there's always reasons behind all that's been happening and im forever thankful.
